QUESTION:

hi i have a spc820dn that jams every time going in to the exit section. i don have a service manual. the paper is not wrinkle have you seen this problem ?

ANSWER:

The leading edge of the paper jam should give you the best place to start. In this case it appears to be the exit/delivery assembly. We would suggest taking a closer look at that assembly.
