Good afternoon! I have a customer claiming that a transfer belt (item # c6072-60198x) purchased from you on August 1st 2015 is causing her machine to give the same error message as before. she claims that the HP 1055 has been used only a few times since the belt was replaced. Is there any warranty on this item? KIM
